Buyer must sign standard state of Wisconsin Offer to Purchase within 24 hours after the completion of the auction. There can be no contingencies in the Offer to Purchase.
Buyers must put down $25,000 earnest money (non-refundable if buyers don’t perform) when signing the Offer. Certified Funds payable to the Auction Co Trust Acct.
7% Buyers Fee added to the final bid to determine the final selling price.
Buyers agree to give the tenant until Dec 31, 2026 to allow them to harvest and remove their crops.
